[00:00:00] Hey hey, I'm Shana A and you're listening to the delightful audiosodes. These are mini episodes designed to spark inspiration and provide practical tips for therapists looking to diversify their professional income and achieve lucrative, fulfilling careers beyond the couch. You're listening to season two, Episode six titled Secrets to Audience Loyalty. If you've ever felt like you're constantly trying to attract new clients but struggle to keep engagement high, this episode is for you. Today we're diving into what truly keeps an audience connected to you and your work. Because the secret to long term business success isn't just about visibility, it's about building trust and loyalty with your audience. Let's get into it so one of the biggest mistakes I see therapists make when they're building their brand is showing up inconsistently. I get it. Life gets busy and social media, email list, or marketing can feel really like an afterthought. But loyalty is built on familiarity, and familiarity only happens when people see you consistently. You don't have to be online every single day, but your audience should know when and where they can find you. Whether it's a weekly email or monthly workshop or regular content and social media Having predictable touch points builds trust. Another way that you build audience loyalty is being able to speak their needs, not just your expertise. You might be the most skilled therapist out there, but if you're only talking about what you want to share, your audience won't feel connected. Your content should answer the questions they're already asking in their heads. So instead of I offer EMDR for trauma processing, try something like if you're struggling with lingering stress that traditional talk therapy hasn't helped, then EMDR might be the missing piece for you. Your audience should feel like you understand them before they ever book that call and you're speaking directly to their needs and directly to the pain points that they're experiencing. And also remember, pain points can also be played leisure points as well. The next thing that we're going to address is making engagement a two way street. Audience loyalty isn't just built by talking to people, it's built by talking with them. This means responding to your comments, asking for feedback, and involving your audience in your content creation. So you can do this through running polls or doing a weekly question and answer session live. You can Also reply to DMs and emails. You can utilize your DMs to have those further conversations if you're selling a particular product and then you want to be able to highlight and celebrate your community members when people feel seen and heard they stick around. So let's talk about your homework for this week. Take one look at your content and your engagement strategy. Where can you be more consistent? What questions do you frequently get asked that you haven't answered in your content yet? Choose one action step this week to start strengthening your audience connections. And if you want more hands on guidance to build a sustainable, thriving private practice, I've got three ways to support you. First, I currently have the Thriving Practice Blueprint. It's a structured 12 week group coaching program to help you set up a profitable private practice from the start. Then you can have a customized coaching experience. This is really good for therapists who are well past building their private practice, but they still want one to one support tailored to your specific needs, whether that's marketing, pricing or scaling your revenue. And then three for the busy therapists who don't have time for a long coaching program. Check out our VIP Strategy Days. This is for those who need to move fast. Get your systems, marketing and strategy fully mapped out in one single intensive session. I'm going to include the links to enroll in in the show notes so to recap, audience loyalty isn't about constantly chasing new people. It's about deepening connections with the ones already in your space. You want to show up consistently so people know when and where to find you. Speak directly to your audience needs, not just your expertise, and make engagement a two way conversation to foster true connection. Loyalty is what keeps your practice sustainable. It's what turns followers into clients and customers and a long term referral system. [00:04:16] I can't wait to hear how you're applying this. Send me a message and let me know what step you're focusing on this week. Thank you so much for tuning in.
